Selling a home is a major step in most people’s lives. Your home is typically your life’s largest investment and as such you want to maximize the return.

Before the “for sale” sign was displayed, there was thought about what the expectation of what your property is worth. Maybe you discussed a selling price with family or neighbors, or some other trusted source?
What I do for my clients:
  • Provide a property evaluation; this will give us the list price
  • Place property into
o   MLS-Multiple Listing Service
o   KWLS-Keller Williams Realty Listing System
o   Realtor.com and 120 other internet website-in Brevard County a large volume of property is sold to out of county buyers.
  • Control showing request from other agents and buyers-eliminate the “snoopers” and “dreamers” who might otherwise waste your time. Having a pre-qualified buyer is extremely important to ensuring the timely sale of your property
  • Call you once a week and provide an active report and update.
  • Review offers when submitted for pros and cons
  • Once a contract is accepted, I will handle the administrative paperwork until closed.

Can you afford not to have a real estate professional involved?

Set up a convenient time for an honest discussion on how to get your property SOLD!
